Why is logon to Hotmail failing with Webroot SecureWeb version 3.8.0.7638 for Android?
For my adnroid devices, Webroot will present the logon screen for hotmai and the prefill works. The userid and password are also correct because I can log on from my PC. However, immediately after the prefill it enters the data but then presents the logon screen again without a successful logon. What is the issue?

May I ask what Webroot Android version you are running?

I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling SecureWeb Browser to see if this corrects your issue. If you are still having this issue then I would Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with a Webroot subscription. They can assist you with this. Hope this helps?
