won't let me deactivate admin
Keep getting the pop up and have to force close. Not at all happy I just paid extra for something that isn't working and is causing me problems.

I believe Kit addressed your concern here, but please let us know if you're still having trouble with that. As he said, the device admin feature is found in the phone's own settings - not in Webroot's. He provides the path for getting to those settings as well in his reply.
