After installing webroot secure anywhere antivirus I cannot connect to the internet.  I use a proxy server and have tried to use the advanced settings to enter the proxy server but still cannot connect to the internet. I'm not very knowledgable about my computer so any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if Webroot would cause an internet not to connect. Have you tried rebooting your computer?

I wold also try unplugging the router for few seconds, then plug-in and retry it.

 

Let us know if you still have issues and we can try other alternatives.
