Received an email from my provider saying that my computer is infected with ZeroAccess. Webroot doesn't
seem to see it.

Hello doktor57
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Are you sure that email was from your provider? I would call and ask them if they sent this email and if this is true. Your ISP would be able to tell you! Could be a scam..

Webroot has been aware of this malware since it first surfaced in 2011. These two links might be of help:

http://www.webroot.com/blog/2011/08/03/new-tool-released-kiss-or-kick-zeroaccess-goodbye/
Personally I would trust Webroot over your ISP (whoever they are) any day of the week but you should follow Sherry's advice and check with them first about the validity of the email.
