I recently upgraded 3 of 4 computers to windows 10 and am showing this particular computer twice on my list of units currently covered by webroot protection. Should I delete the duplicate computer and if so can I include one of my older computers to the list? That computer I had reset and given to a mentally challanged friend. Webroot was removed as part of that reset and there is no current antivirus on it.

Hi bnbbarry
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Unfortuantely you cannot delete the instances but you can 'deactivate' instead so that it will not impact your subscription's number of devices covered/used. For instructions on how to do that please see this KB Article on the topic. In terms of deciding which instance you should deactivate; I would run a manual scan on the device with duplicate entries, wait a coupe of hours to make sure that the Cloud is in sync with the devices and then check each of the duplciates. The one with the oldest 'Last Scan' informastion is the one that you shoudl deactivate. ;)
In terms of including "...one of my older computers to the list" the answer is 'Yes' but you will need to install WSA on that machine for it to be recognised and therefore covered.
