I click the wheel next to "Advanced Settings" and do not get my subscription information.  The list of settings does not include subscription information

Hi neilson

Welcome to the Community Forums.

The number of days of subscription remaining should be visibile in the centre of the WSA main app panel; to the right of the Scan my computer button.

You can also get that information and more by clicking on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the 'My Account' tab in the main app panel.

Hope that is what you are lookiing for but if not then do come back and let us know.

Regards, Baldrick

Thank you for the suggestions.  However, the number of days remaining are not to the right of scan my computer button, the gear/cog is to the left of "My Account" tab and clicking it just brings up all the "My Account" information

Hello neilson,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Please follow hese instructions below:

Log into your Account Console
Click your email address at the upper right corner
Click on Manage Key Codes
Your active key codes should display how many days are remaining before renewal is due here.

Please let me know if this works for you,

Hi neilson

I am afraid that from your description of things you are not using the same WSA as I am. What I see is as follows:

and one needs to click on the gear/cog symbol to the RIGHT of the 'My Account' tab to reveal the data as follows:

As far as I can tell all the informaiton you are asking about is right there...but may I ask if you are (i) using the Best Buy version of  WSA or (ii) you have been provided with WSA as part of a service & support subscription with a company other than either Best Buy or Webroot?

If so then that may explain why you are seeing something different to what is normal and described above.

My keycode is visible and turning it on or off does not change anything.  Maybe I will try a fresh install.

My version of Webroot does not look the same as yours.  The opening screen does not show the remaining days and the cog to the right of My Account does not bring u p the remaining days.  My currect Webroot is a renewal of an existing account with Best Buy Geek Squad.  I did a chat session with a Geek Squad technician and he was not able to fix it.

Hello ? and Welcome to the Webroot Communuty Forum. :D

Since Geek Squad couldn't fix your problem, it would be a good idea to submit a Support Ticket. I would reference this thread in your ticket.
