Hi Roger13343
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I presume that you are asking the question because you have tried to access a site and you have been presented with the Webroot Web Threat Shield block page warning you that there are issues with that particular site, that you know or are confident is not dangerous to go to?
If that is the case then you can click on the 'Unblock and proceed' button in the bottom right hand corner of the block page and that should (i) allow you to access the page but also (ii) whitelist the specific site locally ion your system so that the next time that you want or try to go to it WSA will let you through without the block.
In addition what this also does is notify the Threat Researchers at Webroot that a local override has occurred which prompts them to consider a review of that url/site, especially if there are enough such overide recorded.
Well, to a flyer on what you were experiencing so I hope that I have hit it on the nail? If not then please provde more information on the issue and we will try again to help answer the question for you.
