Are you getting a specific message associated with the issue? The keycode that you should be entering is 20 Character Alphanumeric, of which this is an example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX

 

You need to make sure that yo are entering it accurately so it is best to copy/paste it if you have access to the original email that would have notified you of it.
