I have recently updated Skype and now find that WSA is monitoring the following file:
[u] c:usersemoappdatalocalmicrosoftingsvcingsvc.exe.
My scan log shows three consecutive entries of the monitoring.
I recollect that when I updated Skype they requested that I make Bing my default search engine and I declined.
This seems unusal behaviour to me. Does anyone else have this and can I stop the monitoring?

Hello
The best route is Opening a Support Ticket so that everyone with similar issues can have the program or .exe whitelisted.

Thanks for the reply.
I am in the middle of dealing with support regarding another possible whitelisting of a Shadow Defender exe file and so I would rather wait until that has been resolved.
However, whilst I can see WSA having reservations about less popular programs like SD, I cannot believe that they would need a customer to have to go through the process of raising a support ticket to whitelist a universal product like Bing from Microsoft.
Surely this should be automatic at your end?
