PC Cleaner must of had malware/threat associated with it.
 
I would recommend CCleaner by piriform.com, Alot of us use this one. Be sure to make a Windows System Restore point before using. Just encase.

+1 for CCleaner. Used it for years on every single Computer I've touched. That with the combination of Defraggler (also made by Piriform) is a free duo that can't be messed with for maximum efficacy.

Would concur with that view but would still counsel caution when using anything like this, and especially making sure that one has either set a Restore Point or taken an image of ones system disk, prior to using such software.
 
One can never, ever be too careful. ;)
