Having problems with my scheduled scans going off on time. As you can see I have the scan setup to start every Friday at 7pm which is today. Each day leading up to the scan the days and hours seemed to be counting down correctly. I had the computer in sleep mode at 7pm and when I returned a few hours later it is showing the last scan was 7 days ago and next scan in 19 hours. HUH ???
Does the scheduled scan work in sleep mode?
1st screen shot is after I first checked it 2 hours after scan was supposed to have taken place
These are my settings.

Hi Tomn
This may be a reach but may be pertinent and so best to factor it out if it is indeed...a reach that is not valid.
When you change the day and the time you have to confirm that of course, but when you do do you get the message that your PC is "currently managed by Web Console" and that your settings "may be overwritten on the next database communication", etc. I suspect t not as I suppose that you would have said...but as I mentioned earlier let's eliminate this as a possibility of the 'interference' that you are experiencing.

Hi thanks for replying.
Before i respond to your question I want to just make a quick comment on what I found when I turned the computer on and checked the next scan date. From last night the next scan went from 19 hours (see my screen shot) to now at 6 days and 11 hours. I have no idea how or why it got to 19 hours, but 6 days 11 hours would be next Friday????
Something is changing the time?
Does sleep mode have anything to do with it?
Ok on to your question. I changed the time and day, then clicked "Save" . It then asked me to type in the code exactly as it is displayed in the box above. Then click "continue" . Then a message stating "configuration updated successfully".
That's it.

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
If you want to scan on the exact time this is what you need to do! And the Registry it says 13:00 and it scans at exactly 1:00pm also I see the scan window so I know it works.
Thanks,
Daniel ;)

Also if you don't want to see the Scan Window leave this checked!

Here is some info from the Online Cosole if the issue continues but it doesn't control scan times!

So everthing needs to be UNCHECKED for the scan to perform at the exact time?
Seems odd? why even have those options available then?
Please answer me this though. Would having the computer in sleep mode at the time of the scheduled scan affect anything?

Here is some scan info: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C2_Scanning/CH2c_ChangingScanSchedule.htm and Yes in Sleep or Hibernation mode would affect the scan times.
