Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
If you are running WSA you don't need Trusteer Rapport as WSA's Identity Shield is much stronger and always updated! http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6a_ManagingID.htm also see here on the latest test results: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Announcements-and-Release-Notes/WSA-certified-in-MRG-Effitas-Online-Banking-Browser-Security/m-p/190318#M4308
Thanks,
Daniel ;)

If I may add to this conversation...
I agree with Daniel completely!
I used Trusteer for a very long time on several computers and it slowed every one of them and filled the drives with hundreds of files that I painfully watched go by each time I ran a defrag. It also contiinually had issues with new browser versions and I had to wait for them to provide and update to fix the problem. I finally removed it because their fix did not work.
Thanks goodness I found and tried WSA :D I'll never go back. WSA is "much less" resource intensive, is easier on the file system, is faster reacting to threats, and as Daniel mentioned, is always up to date.
Sorry if I sounded like I was beating them up. They filled a void until WSA came along.
Best Regards,
Dave
