Webroot plus web browser cause my computer to crash

What is the current position? Is WSA installed or not?

I currently do not have Webroot installed. before I install it I set a system restore point. I install the software and try to use a web browser and when it crahses the system I go back to the restore point that I set before installing Webroot.
 

OK, thanks...given that what you were expriencing is unusual I am supsecting that it may have been due to a faulty install. To check that I would suggest that you repeat the process, i.e., make a system restore point, install the latest version of WSA (Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)).
 
It is important that when doing so you do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer; as you can set it up as you like once it's done. Let it finish it's install scan and then Reboot.
 
Hopefully that will resolve the issue but if it does not then you can either revert back to the restore point or Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team involved in terying to find out what is causing this, and then resolving it for you.
