Can anbody explain what a eqii_autorun W32.Malware Downloader is? I get it removed

Essentaill, as far as I understand it, Win32.Malware-Gen is the reference for a range of malware applications that infect computers running Windows 32-bit OSes. The 'downloader' part refers to one or more variants that when they infect a computer may download and install other viruses, log keystrokes, undertake other malware type activities, etc.
