If you would provide us with more details as to what exactly the issue is/what WSA is reporting but not fixing then we can try to help.

 

Otherwise all I can advise at this time is that WSA will fix a very large number of virus/malware-related infections but in some cases it is more prudent not just to blindly go ahead and make serious changes to a user's system so in those cases WSA wil either advise the user to contact Support to get the issue reviewed and then, with Support assistance, resolved...or it will quarantine objects just in case the determination is not correct/it is a false positive, so giving the user the option to correct the erroneous detection by restoring the objects, etc.

 

If you believe that WSA is not resoving the issue you have properly and you do not understand why then please Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can contact you, investiigate and hopefully resolve the issue for you.
