why does webroot allow "AA_v3.exe" and "teamviewer".
I got a call from a guy claiming to be from Microsoft. He had a very heavy Indian accent and tried to sell me some software that would get rid of some viruses on my machine. He handed me over to another “technician”. I told him I had 6 computers and they all looked clean to me and that I had no performance issues. He then actually talked me into downloading “teamviewer.exe” and “AA-V3.exe”. I allowed this only because I have webroot. Webroot did not alert me but I soon realized it was a scam. I manually removed all traces of these two things. Can webroot do something about this please.
