Hi When I log into my Carbonite Account, I don’t receive the the SMS/Text message and have to request the code be resent via email.
Would this be because I am located in Australia? The +61 Country Code is included in my Phone Number.

I still don’t use the new console so I would think that’s best IMO.

Support replied that there is an issue with 2 Factor Authentication SMS/ Text outside the United States. You have to use the email option.
The team is working on a solution.
