I have had Webroot for the past year. I was notified that I need to renew soon because my subscription was running out. I proceeded to renew (almost a month early) and since then my account was shown that it was deactivated. I then proceeded to try to get some help from Webroot and got a little. I was able to go to my online account and update my license number. This helped for some of it but not the internet explorer add-on. Whenever I go to log in to the Webroot add-on, in order to save passwords, it tells me that my account has been deactivated (even though the account online shows that I am fine). What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi pdllama
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sounds somewhat strange. I take it that you have purchased WSA from some other source than Best Buy? If that is not the case then you need to contact the Geek Squad..but if not a Best Buy purchase than you best bet would have been to Open a Support Ticket...but again it sounds as if you have and had little success in getting resolution.
So perhaps we could call on the service of our esteemed Community Manager@ to look into this one and see what is occuring with your subscription?
