Activate a New Keycode

My yearly plus subscription is ending tomorrow.  I added a new keycode for "complete" into my software but the console is not recognizing the upgraded license.  I added the new keycode in the console as well  under "manage keycodes".  It shows but it's not activated.  How do I do that?  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply Sherry.  I think I've got it.  I reinstalled the software and everything seems to be fine.  I appreciate the quick response....

    Hello Randy,
     
    Can you please do a scan of Webroot and see if that will activate your WSAC? Webroot should self upgrade during a scan Did you do this below?.
     
     
    • Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.[img]http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/Content/Resources/Images/MyAccountDetails.png[/img]
    • Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate.
     
     
    If you are having trouble then you can submit a Support Ticket I believe you will need your Passwords transfered to your new keycode as well.
