A few months back, I purchased a five device webroot Secure Anywhere (complete) ready to submit when my current issue ran out, from a very reputable on-line company...
In the past couple of weeks, I submitted the new code, which was accepted, but only for a limited period or abou 250 days...
Another two users, had exactly the same problem, when they tried to activate that five device code today, with the result that they have only been given 170 days grace each...
Just wondering if someone can explain the reasons for this, so that such can be rectified if there is some anomaly...

In order to address your issue it is needed to know your license key and where you bought it. Therefore I suggest you to write into support because license issues are personal sensitive and it is always recommended to handle with them privately.
