ad ware on macbook pro

my macbook pro seems to have been infected with adware.
i have tried webroot secure anywhere but it does not remove it.

    Can you tell us what adware you are getting?

    For you can always issue a support ticket free do charge with an active subscription and the Support Team can clear this up for you. But may I ask if you have you tried resetting your browser or browsers first?
