Hello
I have 203 days remaining with my current key.
I would to buy a new key to enjoy a discount offer.
My question is to know if I activate the key I will have 203 + 365 = 568 days , without any loss of time ?
Thanks.

Hi Asklepios

Whilst Sherry is correct that entering it will mean that you effectively lose the time on your existing key, as they will both be active contiguously, if the new key that you have purchased is for the same version of WSA as your current key then you could Open a Support Ticket, and see if the Support Team would add the time from the new key to your existing key so that you end up with the 203 + 365 = 568 days that you are looking for.

I cannot guarantee that this will do this for you but you lose nothing by asking, and then if they will not then you will just have to hold onto the new key until the current one expires.

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community,

You can purchase Webroot and save the key for later because of you enter new key you will loose remaining days. You cannot add the days to Webroot subscription sorry to say.

Kind Regards,
