Adding an advice

Here's an TKB article to explain Wbroot on an IOS. I also have WSAC and am using IOS as well and it doesn't show up in the Account Console but you can use Webroot Backup and SecureSync from your IOS with WSAC.
 
But are you saying you cannot sign in the Account Console? Here's is another TKB And Online Help Here.
