They said in the next week last Friday that it would be rolled out during this week?
It is only the start of the week so please be patient. Also note that the update will be rolled out in stages, which means not everyone won't receive it at once. Rest assured, you'll be automatically and quietly updated without you realising it. That's the beauty of WSA - it just happens without fuss.

I don't think anyone will be able to give you a definitive answer on that, but I think it's safe to say it'll be released "soon".

Very true as they don't even have the New Web Shield with Bright Cloud turned on at this point.
