I assume it should be a green check mark if all is ok.  what do I need to do?

If you go to the Backup&Sync tabs, is there any other information provided?  Usually if it is not green, it will tell you what the problem is.

 

One thing you can do is to manually turn Backup and Sync OFF, and try to turn it back on again.  If you have done a password change, Backup&Sync will show a problem untl disabled and re-enabled forcing you to log in again.

 

Give that a try and let us know what the result is!
