Blocking

I inadvertently blocked a MS Windows update.  I've tried repeatedly to get the update since my error, but Webroot's blockage continues.  That's certainly good for the program, but bad for me.  How can I reverse the block?  Thanks.

Did you look under Quarantine? http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C5_Quarantine/CH5a_ManagingQuarantine.htm and have a look at the 2 links after and if you see restore if there is nothing there turn off WSA and try installing the Windows Update once again if it's still a no go please Submit a Support Ticket so they can check into it.

Thanks,

Daniel, Thanks for your suggestion.  Regrettably, you've overestimated my familiarity and competence re Webroot jargon and features.  I couldn't follow your suggestions, so I submitted a ticket.  Best wishes.
