blocking websites
It will not unblock a website - a gray screen with the WebRoot logo just sits there. I turned off the Web Shield, and rebooted. Still continues to block the website, which BTW in legitimate.

You need to go into the Browser and disable the Web Filter Extension but make sure to turn it on again, but if you know the site is safe please fill out this change request form: http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-reputation.php
