Hi RodWIlliams
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may add to what Sherry has posted...before running the ToolbarFix, do check in the Addons/Extensions Manager options for each browser to make sure that the extension is not installed and just not activated...may save you a bit of time.

Have already tried options suggested by Baldrick to no avail, they don't show now.. There was a Mozilla Extension Which worked for Firefox but not SM which I used for a while but has now gone. I have been using Mosilla programs since the suite and Firebird days and will never be an IE fan. I have downloaded the fileSherry linked me to and will look at that. Regards RW
Hi Rod
OK, it looks like what Sherry has suggested is the way to go...but should that not work properly (it has been know to not install the Toolbar for all browsers present) then your next best bet will be the Open a Support Ticket option, to let the Support Team check out what the issue is.
Thanks for keeping us posted...it is much appreciated.

Thanks Baldrick & Sherry. The link Sherry gave me did the job after a bit of persuasion. I was expecting an Xpi file and found an EXE unusual so I proceeded with caution. First of all, the fix found IE which is not enabled on my machine and it made no reference to Firefox. I then decided to try the support tem via a ticket. This involved restarting Firefox and Isaw a new W icon on my menu bar. It required a fresh login to WSA which initially failed. I went through the reset procedure without changing my login which then succeeded. I found that the icon gave me a menu (toolbar??) which supplied the tools I need. By the Way, I am not familiar with the etiquette of this community so anything missed (kudos/tags?) is not intentional. many thanks RW
