Can I use the "Wedroot Secure Anywhere" on my Windows 7 Laptop?It is

I'm trying to install the hardware into my Inspiron laptop, 5030 model . I have the internet on. I install the cd, No reponse whatsoever. I see the Wedroot on my media player. It says, " disk is empty. Only used twice, I have three left.

    Sorry you are experiencing issues installing Webroot. To install Webroot on your laptop:
     
    Please follow the steps closely!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
    • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot
