 I cannot access to the "backup & sync" feature of webroot.

 

It tells keeps telling me the username or password is invalid. I know that is not true because I already have my username, email and my password.

 

What can I do?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

My apologies for moving your post but it is better placed under one of the Webrooot for Home then where you had posted (a new forum is a confusing place and many of us have, initially, ended up posting in not the best place to get attention).  You now have your own thread with which to take this issue forward.

 

Firstly, I am assuming that you have the Complete version (because that is the only one that has Backup & Sync as a feature...always best to check the obvious first...;)), and if so then as this has come up before an number of time I will refer you to one such previous thread that I was involved with as it may contain some useful information re. resolving your issue.

 

Having said that, and in case we can shortcut things a bit...may I ask if you have set up your online Webroot account?  If not then please see this tutorial How to setup your online Webroot account and get that set up first before retrying to login to Backup & Sync from the app on your PC.

 

Again, if you have set up the account already check to see if you can log into it via the web browser using this link Access Web Console.

 

Hopefully the above will help...but if not then plesae post back and we will see what we can do to provide alternative guidance to resolve the issue for you.  And post back anyway if it is solved as we always like to hear about successes as they help us improve witha view to helping users in the future.
