i cant log into my account from the desktop I have to go online to the websight. when I enter my password online it works yet same password from the desktop it doesnt like it.Also cant get to password manager from deskyop as well,

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Not quite sure what you mean when you say that you cannot login into your account from the desktop...as the only option in relation to Web Console login from the desktop is the link (Access Web Console) from the My Account tab in the main WSA screen.
If that is where you are trying from then please advise as to what your are seeing becuase all the link should do is open up a browser session and offer you the option to login on the Internet.
It is possible that your installation of WSA is not quite correct in which case the first thing to do is to uninstall WSA, REBOOT, install a clean version of the product (from here for Webroot or here for Best Buy versions) making sure NOT to import any previous settings if offered, REBOOT, and then try the options you are having problems with. Of course, make sure that you have your keycode to hand when installing.
Do come back eitherway and let us know how you get on and whether you require more assistance.
