Cant remove malware, cant load customer support webpage
Webroot found threats, can't remove them, when i try to pull up Webroot customer service webpage I just get a blank white page

I see your support ticket, but there is very few details in it. No scan logs or Keycode info. I have requested logs from your PC in the support ticket
