Hello chris_456.

Welcome to the Community Forum,

I have some ideas ok.

1. Do you have the latest Webroot Webfilter for Chrome

2. Look at any browser add ons and disable one at a time to see if that helps.

3. Uninstall Chrome and reinstall it here

4. We are having problems with the webfilter and they are working on a Beta version and hope to release that to the public as soon as they can. The Support team is working hard on this.

5. you can disable the Webfilter in Chrome until there is a fix.

6. have you tried a different browser. FF is working great for me.

7.Clean your cache (History, Cookies)

8. Not sure if an uninstall/clean install of Webroot will fix this. If you want to try that I can post the information.

Hopefully some of this will help. If not please issue a Support Ticket and they will look into this for you.

Kind Regards,
Hello Again,

I've decide to go ahead and post these instructions for a clean reinstall.

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?
