Aloha,

When I look at the "View Status" page under "Backup & Sync", it shows storage  3.84GB used of 25GB (15%). Yet, when I go to either "Open Anywhere Folder" or "Visit the Webroot Cloud" I show no files. What is taking up the 3.84GB?

Mahalo,

Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

I am sorry that I do not have an answer for this usage of Backup & Sync. If you haven't any files/folders in the Backup then my advice would be to submit a Support Ticket and they can check this out for you. This service is free of charge with an active Webroot subscription.

Here is the PC User Guide informatiion for Backup & Sync.

? Do you have anything here to add?

Hope this helps?
Hi Sherry / Hi MauiSpud

I am afraid that I have never seen this case before...by rights one should see something when carrying out those actions.  The only other thing to check would be to click on the gear/cog to the right of the Backup & Sync tab and then check under the 'Backup' & 'File Transfer' tabs to see if anyting is visible/recorded thereunder...but otherwise...the Support Ticket would seem to be the best approach in the given circumstances.

Thank you Baldrick for the assist. I also have never heard of this issue before. Thus the @ ping.;)

No worries, Sherry...always happy to be pinged. ;)

Hi MauiSpud

Please open that Support Ticket as soon as possible and please do come back and let us know what Support discover/advise on re. this...any information you can provide will assist us in helping users who come across the same or a similar issue in the future.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Sorry I am a bit late here, but I wonder if there is more than one User?  The 25 Gb space is shared among ALL users of the Account, not per user.  So if there are multiple users, perhaps one of the others has used some space?
Ah why didn't I think of that ?.. better to be late then never!;)

Thanks!
Thanks ?!

TEAMWORK   (Even when one member of the team is a bit late LOL!)
I filed a support ticket - it was one of two that I filed - different errors. The attempted fix for another error fixed this issue (ironically, it did not fix the issue that it was supposed to).

Essentially, I had to uninstall/reinstall the software.

Shows the proper data now.
