it appears that CryptoWall 3.0 is making a big surge. I was hit with it and I am running Webroot Secure Anywhere Everything.  I have a backup but I think it is infected too.  How did this happen?  What do I have to do to get rid of it?
Hi eojodrabmol,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

"Do Not Reboot" as it will make it more difficult to repair.

Please open a support ticket immediately https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp the service is free with a current subscription.  Give them all of the details and let the experts determine what course of action needs to be taken.

Best of luck,

Dave
