did not get web root id when I purchased laptop
I do not have an ID o serial number for the Webroot installed

May I ask who you purchased your laptop from, Best Buy?

Your keycode woud be on the Box if you purchased from Best Buy,
You don't need a serial number just your keycode to create an account.
