I keep getting thrown out of my nhs mail on my home computer. Is this anything to do with Webroot
Hello pbamf,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

I am not sure what nhs mail is about. I did do a search for the help desk site and there were a few listed for help concerning this issue.

Now Webroot does not really have any hooks into your email and does not scan emails.  Instead it sits there and waits for you to try and execute an attachment/program that might be detrimental to your system and then WSA would block it and provide the required protection that you need.   If your email contains a link and you click on it, WSA would check it against the Brightcloud database to ensure it is ok.

With all that aside it is possible that your email client (if you are accessing your emails via webmail then disregard what follows) has been picked up under the Identity Protection Shield and you may need to remove it from there or adjust the settings for it under that Shield.

For information on how the Shield works and the settings that the user can adjust, to gether with the implicaitons of doing so, please look at this help page (if this is pertinent to your issue).

Hope this helps and if not please get back to us.

Best Regards,

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Is this the program your having issues with? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NHS.net & http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outlook_Web_App if so Submit a Support Ticket as it could be a Simple thing as getting the files Whitelisted in the WIN Cloud Database! http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php

Hey there

Best thing to do would be to contact your trust's it service help desk and ask them about the remote access and see if they are having any problems

Good luck
