I purchased a 5 unit protection package 7/8/15.  Just tried to install(several times).  Continually get message. "Expired".  I have checked for previous versions installed on this computer, none.  I opened a new consol and confirmed the current keycode.  Still installation shows, "Expired", will not run scan, or go any further with the installation.

It looks like you need to Submit a Support Ticket and they will sort this out for you!
