What was the method of contact with Webroot Support?  I am pretty sure there are ways of resetting an Account or allowing the creation of a new one in the event an existing Account is corrupted.

David is quite right in saying that there are mechanisms to deal with what appears to be the issue here.

 

Question; when you say "MY CONTROL CONSOLE" are you referring to the WSA app on your system or the Web Console/My Account that one accesses via a browser...not clear where the issue resides.  Please clarify so that we can try to help you further.
