SUMo shows that a new version of Webroot SecureAnywhere is available -
v9.0.20.31. The Webroot page concurs, saying they use a gradual roll-out for updating.

Is there a rough ETA for getting the update?
Also, in my opinion, having a nonfunction right-click item of "Check for updates" is useless and should be removed. Right now it says that I am at the current version (which I am not, I am at v9.0.19.43). So, not only does it not upgrade me via a pull, but it does not even see the upgrade as needed.
If the only way to update is to wait for a phased push, why even have the right-click "Check for updates" item?

You are spot on BD, and I completely agree with you.
Now whether the point made by@ could be positively translated into a new feature request?
Perhaps, along the lines of 'it would be a useful improvement to indicate in the message that a new version is available & rolling out', might chime with other users enough to get it considered?
@ if you like the idea then pop over the Ideas Exchange and raise a new feature request?
