Hello allyb and welcome to the forums.

When you start up your system and open the webroot client you can see the remaining subscription days listed.

The Image below highlights the area ^^

Hope this helps

Brad

Thank you but I am still confused ....... I got an email a couple of weeks ago saying it was nearly due.......but on my subscription window  (like in the picture you posted Bradforth)   said 140 & something days.

Tonight I have an email saying it is due on the 4/27/2015.......but my subscription says 137days     :@

As those who know me on here know.....I am easily confused .......................HELP     :$

Hi allyb

Did you by any chance have a trial of WSA before you purchased your subscription?  And if you did then did you convert the trial into a paid for keycode/subscription or did you shop around and get a new subscription, i.e., when you went paid did you use the same keycode as the trial or did yo uenter a new keycode instead?

If the latter then it may be that the expiry warning is related to the trial subscription which would have kept/will keep running down to expiry even if you enter a new keycode in WSA.

Just a thought...to rule out one possible reason for what you are seeing.

Hi Baldrick   :D

I am pretty sure i didn't have a trail..... but I'm wondering if I renewed before it ran out or something ...... heaven knows anything is possible with my foggy head....

I just don't want to run out .....but it does say 137 on my subscription

Any idea how I would find out which one is right?

Thank you kindly

Hi allyb

Always worth checking.  You should Open a Support Ticket, providing all the details of your current subscription and the details from the expiry notification and they should able to track things down for you/wotk out what is going on and putting things right.
