Hi,
it seems that files overs 100MB are not saved by the Cloud backup feature. Is this normal ? The not-saved files have a little grey dot on their icon when I use Windows Explorer to see them.
Thanks.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
That is true...by defau,t becuase of a setting found under Advanced Settings. Clickon the Advanced Settings button in top right hand corner or the main panel, and then click on the Backup & Sync tab ()right at the bottom of the list of tabs on the left hand side), and on the page dispayed you will see a setting option labelled 'Do not upload files larger than' which is set to 100MB by default.
Chnage it to the size you want and then click on the Save button at the bottom of the page, enter the CAPTCHA code requested and you should then find that you new set max size applies.
Hope that helps?
