Have the password manager installed, and can navigate through all the security to open this feature. Unfortunately, when I hit the 'passwords' tab, the program dims and presents the message 'wait 5 minutes or come back later'. Any suggestions?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums!
The PM Toolbar is installed as part of the main WSA installation so one option is to uninstall WSA, reboot and then reinstall WSA. Alternatively if you are having problems with just the toolbar please follow the steps below to reinstall the toolbar.
1. Download and save the installer to your desktop using this link:
http://download.webroot.com/toolbarfix.exe
2. Double click the toolbarfix.exe file to launch the installer
3. Follow the prompts until the window displays “Process reports success. Please restart your browser if it is open. Done!”
4. Press the Finish button.
At this point the toolbar should be installed to supported Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers. If necessary please restart your browser to see the toolbar. It will be a small grey W until you log in. After login (using your Webroot Web Console credentials) the button turns green.

Hello noranick,
Welcome to the Community Forum,
I'd like to make sure we're on the same page here. Are you talking about the "Passwords" tab in your "MyWebroot" account? Or are you referring to the "Password Management" section under the "Identity & Privacy" tab within the actual SecureAnywhere program? The Password Manager Browser Toolbar?
If it's the online Account Console then please follow the instructions below to set your Permissions to access.
Log into the Console,
To set user permissions:
Please let us know if this was resolved or not and if you need further assistance.

Hi noranick
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may interject...if yo are receiving that message then you have done everything correctly in terms of trying to access your passwaord data via the Web Console, and if this persists you should Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can have a look at this for you a it is rooted in the back office systems, something we volunteers have no access to.
At this juncture I should also point out an interesting 'featurette' of this functionality in that on some occassions, if the list of passwords exceeds the physical size of you screen, then afte some actions such as editing, etc., you may be presented with the 'greyed out' screen again with no options for progressing. :S
In those circumstances the trick (once you knw) is to page down to the bottom of the list and there you will fidn the options that you need...not very user friendly I know, but that is what it is is.
Hope that helps?
Regards, Baldrick
