Hi,
I have just installed Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2015 and it wont launch because of a Server Busy message.
The Adobe Support team I was talking to on-line asked me first to diasble and then to uninstall Webroot.
I am not comfortable with that as a solution.
Can anyone help please?
I am running WIndows 7 premium 64 bit on a Toshiba lap top with M450 i5 CPU.

Hi bminns3809
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am not clear as to whether you have or not tried what has been suggested by the Adobe Support Team? If not then shutting down WSA's protection temporarily (there should be no need to uninstall) to check if WSA is installed is not difficult.
Just right click on the WSA icon in the notification area, and from the context menu select 'Shutdown protection', confirm that you wish to proceed, enter the CAPTCHA characters requested and confirm...et voila.
Now see if the issue still remains. Either way you can quickly re-enable protection by just double clicking on the WSA desktop icon.
GIve that a try and then come back to us re. the outcome, and if needs be we can try to assist further.
