password manager says it will take 15 minutes to allow on the computer I am using.  When I go to a website and type in my user name and password it does not prompt me regarding saving this info?
Hello dct,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Have a look here at the Knowledge Base Article

Can you log into your online Account Console.

Log into the Console

Click the Passwords tab

See if your Passwords show up or not

Have you cleared your cache in your browser? That might help if you are waiting for Password Manager to start.

This might  be one of your problems. Please read below.

Webroot SecureAnywhere's password manager can suppress the password management system for your browser. You can change this setting and use your browser to remember and auto-fill passwords for you if you would like.

To enable your browser password management:

  1. Open a web browser and sign in to your SecureAnywhere account. (Click the “Webroot icon” in your browser’s toolbar, then enter your Webroot user name and password.)

  2. From the drop-down menu, click Preferences.

    The following dialog opens.

  3. Uncheck the box for Disable Insecure (IE or Firefox) Password Manager.

  4. Click OK to save your changes.
