Hi Guys,
I installed webroot mobile on my son's trio pad a few months ago and I never had a problem until recently. When I logged into my webconsole, it said it needed attention so I ran the anti virus but it found nothing but I am still getting an alert on my web console any advice as to what I should do next?

It usually takes a couple of hours for the Online console to show green on any device can you make sure you have the latest version installed https://community.webroot.com/t5/Release-Notes/Android-Version-3-5-0-6058/td-p/79799#.UweFmIXDtdU and if you do and you scanned and shows Green then the Online Console will show Green soon.
