I recently changed to AT&T service and have lost access to my Hotmail.com account. How can I recover the proper credentials and get back into my mail account? I also recently added AVG (trial offer) and cannot get rid of it...can you help? I am using ~ snip Removed email address for security reasons snip ~ for the time being. I am at my wits end.
