How can i reset my webroot password, the program password, not the site account.

Question

I forgot my user set password, so now i cant change anything or even shutdown the program.
 
I tought i could shutdown and do a reinstall to overwrite the options and reset the password, no luck there, i need the pass to  close the program.
 
Is there someway to find and delete the option file somewere in the pc, so my pass and/or options are reseted to default?

I am sorry thaat you are having this issue. With this forgotten password you will need to Contact Support and they can verify your account for the changes. This is free of charge with an active subscription. We haven't a way to help you here on the Forum. This is best left to support sorry to say.
