how can my computer scan only take 31 seconds? is this thorough or do i need to change settings?
it seems odd that webroot can scan all things on my computer in 31 seconds -- surely, this cant be. do i need to change settings? please help! since webroot says all is well, but my computer is still acting funky, sloooooow internet, programs lock up and then cant quit, bluetooth printer connection fails until i restart comnputer mutliple times, etc.

Now for your PC locking up and slow internet you could have some bad PUAs on your computer.
Have you installed any new extensions in your browser or new programs. It's hard to tell you why your computer is running bad like this without any error messages or knowing the real cause of your issues As for your printer it's hard to say. Did you just start having this issues before or after installing Webroot?
Your settings for Webroot are set as default settings. You can look here at the PC User Guide if you want to look at Webroot Running Scans.
But with an active subscription you can submit a Support Ticket free of charge and they will gladly look into this for you.
