I've set up my Webroot Password Manager. I am using it on Chrome but when trying to finish the installation I did something and wasn't able to connect to the extension; wasn't in my list of extensions when I checked. I was wondering how do I go about getting the extension so I can enable Password Manager. I also checked the Chrome Web Store and wasnt there.

Hello JerryJr,

Welcome to the Community,

You can go here to get Chrome Extension

Please try the toolbar fix for password Password Management Toolbar Fix Tool For PC:

http://download.webroot.com/toolbarfix.exe

Please try this and let us know if you still need help!

I tried the uninstall/repair/install download twice. The only extension showing up is the Webroot Filtering Extension 1.0.2.42; no (Webroot password Manager) or the gray W to log in to the toolbar.

Hi JerryJr,

OK, if you are comfortable with ferreting about in the Webroot installation folders then you can try draging and dropping the following file:

            lpchrome.crx

into an open Chrome browser panel and following the install instructions that Chrome should respond with.  You should be able to find the file in the following path:

             C:ProgramDataWRDataPKG

Try that and see if that helps.  Post back to let us know how you are getting on.

Regards,
